Our specialist builders works division have been working hard on the full internal strip out and demolition of this complex 5 story building in central London for MYCO

The refurbishment will create new work spaces across 5 floors and comprise of a flagship showroom, 13 recital rooms, a workshop, 8 residential units and a 100-seat concert venue for master piano makers BECHSTEIN

Follow on works to include,
- Existing staircase core demolition over 5 floors
- Temporary works installation & jacking to existing structures
- new structural steel frame internally and to rear of building
- Comflor decking and concrete throughout new steel frame
- New basement drainage
